Samsara is James Orvis' second release on his own label Balter Records. The single is an obvious successor to Anitya and shares conceptual ideas that lie in eastern mysticism, philosophy and humanity.

Samsara features a deep rolling groove contrasted with an epic synth and string orchestration, that takes the listener on a euphoric transcendental journey. James' goal was to make an emotive club track that shared qualities akin to an epic movie score, but also served its purpose to make people move on a dance floor.

Samsara has already gained positive support from BBC Radio One, play-listed on Huw Stephens show and awarded 'Track of the Week' by BBC Introducing Humberside.

The cover art for Samsara was designed by Jessica McGowan, a Leeds based artist that shares similar subject interests with James and the rest of the Balter roster. Her work focusses on science, space and philosophy, which is absolutely fitting for the visual aspects of the label going forward.

Samsara is the cycle of death and rebirth to which life in the material world is bound.
